Martin Cobb is the founder of Churchill Commercial Funding, helping business owners and entrepreneurs obtain the financing they need to achieve their goals.
Martin has been heavily involved in business lending and financing for most of his 30+ year career. As a CFO, business consultant, and advisor to small and mid-sized organizations, Martin learned from experience that not all borrowers fit neatly inside “the credit box” of conventional financing provided by commercial banks.
Through successfully obtaining financing for numerous organizations (even in challenging circumstances), Martin has gained extensive expertise in business and commercial real estate financing solutions. Working with underwriters to better understand their processes, Martin knows how to originate loans and obtain funding quickly and efficiently – especially when the timing is critical.
Martin is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Commercial Banking and Credit Analyst Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
